Struggling with insomnia? Join our 6-week CBT-I group and take the first step towards better sleep and a healthier life. This 6-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) group is here to help you reclaim restful nights and productive days. Led by an experienced Sleep therapists, this evidence-based program is designed to address the underlying causes of insomnia, teaching you practical strategies to improve sleep quality and establish healthy sleep habits.

Half-Day Insomnia Relief Sleep Workshop (LIVE)

Are you tired of tossing and turning at night, struggling to get the restful sleep you deserve? If so, you're not alone.

The Insomnia Relief Workshop is designed to provide you with practical tools and strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a highly effective approach for treating sleep disturbance. Led by an experienced therapist specializing in sleep, this half-day live workshop serves as a 'crash course' in CBT-I, designed to provide the content in an easily digestible, actionable, and effective way ready to be applied from the first night.

 

In this workshop, you will learn:

  1. accurate education about sleep and why some of the strategies you've been trying out for so long do not work

  2. how to assess your own sleep accurately and what to look for

  3. step by step instructions on how to address your specific sleep challenges 

  4. how to deal with nighttime awakening, problems with falling asleep, sleep apprehension and anxiety, daytime fatigue, early rising, etc.

  5. how to deal with those pesky sticky thoughts about sleep, and general worries that show up at nightime. 

  6. how to recognize what is wrong and what to do about them if sleep challenges return

  7. additional resources and information for more support and education 

Handout booklet and workshop material will be provided so that you can refer to in the future.

Is This Workshop Right For Me?

This workshop is right for you if you are:

  • having difficulty falling or staying sleep and have daytime fatigue

  • experiencing mild to moderate sleep difficulties due to insomnia

  • looking to move away from sleeping medication

  • interested in learning tools and skills to fix your own sleep but don't have the time for self-help books or to scavenge the internet for effective sleep information

  • interested to learn CBT-I but individual sleep therapy is not possible

  • You want an opportunity to ask questions from a sleep therapist
